Anne Schwegmann-Fielding is an internationally renowned British sculptor and mosaic artist. She has been creating artworks using predominantly recycled materials for commission. She is based in the Roman capital of Britain, Colchester, UK. Anne has won several awards and appeared on numerous television programmes.

The Colchester Art Society was formed in 1946 for the promotion of the visual arts. It has maintained a lively programme of exhibitions and other activities for nearly 70 years. Membership is open to all who practice or have an enthusiasm for the visual arts. We currently have over 200 members. Members are kept informed of our activities via a newsletter. It is with regret that I must inform you of the sad news that Juliette Palmer died on Sunday the 2nd of August following a short illness. Juliette enjoyed being a member of the RBA and always participated in organised events. She will be sadly missed. The exhibition runs from the 12th to the 28th of August.
